The entrance porch gives way to the large hall,

Lounge with an open fire is to your left. With no television this is the perfect place for games and chat. Views to the front of the house and the setting sun through the trees

To your right a TV room with 50 inch smart TV, a cosy log burner adds the perfect touch.

There is a king bedroom with shower room adjacent and a formal dining room with 2 large tables which can be cosily configured for 18 guests. There is also a king bedroom on the ground floor with a toilet and with En suite.

Going down 3 steps leads you into a well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens, hob, microwave, breakfast bar, large fridge freezer and another fridge. The kitchen also has a log burner to add warmth and atmosphere. The conservatory overlooking the courtyard complete the ground floor accommodation.

Going up the stairs, on the mezzanine landing there is a large king bedroom with a toilet and shower

Top Floor

The ensuite bedroom has a king size bed and lovely views over the gardens and woods. The En suite features a bath and toilet.

There is a double bedroom across the hall and a shower room just off of this.

The cinema room is also on the first floor with 2 double bedrooms leading off this room. One of the double bedrooms has a sofa bed. A double bedroom and large family bedroom with 2 double beds and a single make up the rest of the first floor.
