This fantastic listed Georgian house has been updated with a cinema with PS4 gaming experience, hot tub, indoor heated pool and large bar, sauna, outdoor pool table, firepit and BBQ hut all set with 5 private acres. Its located within 30 minutes of both Edinburgh and Glasgow and only 15 minutes from Stirling. With many different sitting spaces both outside and inside you can relax in front of a log fire with a good book and dram, fight virtually on an 10 foot screen, immerse yourself in bubbles, walk along the 2000 year old Antonine wall followed by a sauna and swim, BBQ your sausages, sit with a coffee in the conservatory, enjoy a tea overlooking the ancient Scots pines, watch for hares or deer or squirrels or badgers , play pool or foosball or watch TV, chat with friends and relations in front of an open fire... something for everyone.

The large house offers 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 19 guests. The 2 cottages and Cabin across the courtyard offer an additional 5 bedrooms between them and sleep up to an additional 10 guests and an additional 3 hot tubs. They can be hired together or separately.

Guests in the main house enjoy private access to the BBQ hut, sauna, swimming pool, bar, pool table and large hot tub and the gardens.
